Paris Police arested Jessica Nicole Allen, 34, of Paris, in the 900 block of Pine Bluff St on a felony Hopkins County probation violation warrant at 9:45 A.M. on January 5, 2023. Allen is on probation for possession of a controlled substance of more than 1 gram but less that 4 grams. Allen was booked and then transferred to the Lamar County Jail.
