Kristopher Kyle Parker, 46, of Frisco, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2019, at Medical City of Frisco.

Services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 5th, at Bright-Holland Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Clark, Matthew Snyder and Brian Losure officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 – 8 Friday at the funeral home.

Kris, the son of Tommy & Barbara Ann Mixon Parker, was born April 8, 1972, in Paris.

He graduated from Paris High School in 1990. From his high school years until 1998, he worked at Brookshires and Super 1.

Kris then began working in the security and fire industry before opening his own security and fire companies, Parker Security and Security King.

Kris and Stephanie have been members of Prestonwood Baptist Church since 1999.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Ann Parker on Jan. 7, 2018 and his brother, Wesley Parker on Nov. 20, 2013.

Survivors include his wife, Stephanie Parnell Parker whom he married on June 19, 1999, his father, Tommy Parker of Reno, five daughters, Mallory Hogg & husband Damon of Anna, Emmy Parker of Dallas, Madison Parker of Frisco, Reese Parker of Frisco and Chloe Parker of Frisco, sisters, Bunny Parker Talton of Arlington and Johnnie Parker Freeman of Paris, his mother-in-law, Laura Herod & husband Richard of Little Elm, his father-in-law, Ronny Parnell of Paris, nieces & nephews, Cassandra Parker Denyer of Arlington, Tiffany Young & husband Brandon of Aubrey, Whitney Hurd of Arlington and Parker Freeman of Paris along with numerous aunts, uncles, great nieces and great nephews and a plethora of friends.
