Three Chisum High School students brought home awards during the 3A State UIL Meet this past weekend.
Senior Kristen Parson placed 2nd overall and 1st place in Biology. Parson will also give the valedictory address during the May 27 graduation.
Chisum High School Senior Jacob Peralta also took 3rd place overall in the 3A UIL Academic Meet in spelling.
Sophomore Chesney Dawes brought home 5th place in UIL State Class 3A’s News Writing.
