At about 2:50 a.m. on Apr. 21, Paris Police Officers responded to a burglar alarm where it was reported someone gained access through a hole cut in the roof of the business and took numerous cartons of cigarettes and a small safe.
Officers were dispatched to a business in the 3700 block of Lamar Ave. at about 2:50 a.m. today. When they arrived on the scene, officers noticed a hole on the building’s roof.
“Unknown suspects had cut a hole in the roof to gain access,” said Paris Police Informations Officer Curtis Garrett, “and stole numerous cartons of cigarettes and a small safe.”
The investigation is ongoing.
