On Tuesday, firefighters with the Bonham Fire Department saved two cats from a house fire on Leslie Street.
According to reports, the homeowners were not in the house at the time of the blaze, however, two cats were rescued and revived using the department pet oxygen tanks.
The cats were left in the care of a veterinarian and expected to make a full recovery.
