Betty Marie Frank, 91 formerly of Paris, passed away Sunday, March 31, 2019 in Southlake, Texas.
A Mass of Christian Burial has been set for Friday, April 5, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church with Father Vithanage as Celebrant. Rosary has been set for Thursday at 6:30 PM at Fry-Gibbs Funeral Home. Interment will be on Monday, April 8, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Mary Magdalen Cemetery in Abbeville, Louisiana with Deacon Bill Vincent as Celebrant.
Betty was born on November 17, 1927 in Beaumont Texas to Walter Edward Christianson and Lydia Yuse Christianson. She attended LSU where she was a member of the Delta Zeta Sorority. Betty married Armand David Frank on October 1, 1949 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Betty and Armand were married for 65 years. She was an accomplished seamstress winning awards for the state of Louisiana. Betty was active in many civic and volunteer organizations including Garden Club, Bridge Club and the Salvation Army. Mrs. Frank was a longtime member of Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church.
Survivors include four children; Armand David Frank Jr., Walter Edward Frank, John Andrew Frank and Susan Marie Frank Knipper; eight grandchildren, Greg and Grady Frank, Nicholas and Lena Frank, Ryan and Dylan Frank and C.J. and Joe Knipper; and eight great-grandchildren.
