Paris Police said a skimmer device was found at a local gas station on Thursday, December 27th.
The device was found at a gas pump at Kwik Check in the 2500 block of N. Main.
“The door looked to have been pried open and the security tape had been altered,” said Chief of Police Bob Hundley.
If any person has purchased gas at Kwik Check in the last few days, please check your statement and/or card for fraudulent use.
The investigation is continuing.
