Graco is recalling the Graco Table2Table 6-in-1 high chair after reports five children were hurt when the chair tipped over.

The high chair was sold exclusively at Walmart between October 2016 and December 2017 and parents are advised to stop using the $99 high chair immediately.

Graco has received 38 reports of the rear leg turning out of position, according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.

The model number of the recalled high chair is 1969721 and has a white cushion with gold and gray polka dots.

The five hurt children suffered bumps and bruises.

To request a free repair kit from Graco, call 800-345-4109 8 a.m.-5 p.m. weekdays or visit www.gracobaby.com and click on Support and then Product Recalls.

“We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our consumers may have experienced and we appreciate the loyalty of our consumers,” Graco said on the company’s website.

An estimated 36,000 high chairs were sold in the U.S. and another 3,200 in Canada, the CPSC said.
