Paris Regional Medical Center (PRMC) Monday launched its internal coronavirus vaccine clinic and is set to begin distribution in accordance with CDC guidelines.
“Paris Regional Medical Center has received an initial allocation of COVID-19 vaccines, and we are in the process of distributing them in accordance with prioritization guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the federal government and the state of Texas,” said the hospital in a press release.
Vaccine distribution will begin with frontline healthcare workers.
“Once the vaccine becomes more broadly available, we will strongly encourage our community to get vaccinated. Paris Regional Medical Center is pleased to be taking this next exciting step toward ending the pandemic and advancing our mission of Making Communities Healthier.”
