With the 2020 UIL Football season approaching, the Paris Wildcats football team finalized and released its schedule a few weeks ahead of opening day kick-off. Each game for Paris will take place on Fridays at 7:30 p.m.
The Wildcats, who have reached the regional quarterfinals in three of the last six seasons, will open the season at Class 6A Arkansas High (Aug. 28), followed by games at home against Celina (Sept. 4) and Pleasant Grove (Sept. 11). Then, Paris will hit the road to take on Class 4A Midlothian Heritage on Sept. 18.
After that, Paris will open up district play, starting with a clash against Melissa on Sept. 25 at Wildcat Stadium. Then, the Wildcats will face Anna (Oct. 2), Terrell (Oct. 16), and Kaufman (Oct. 23). Paris will close the regular season at Argyle on Nov. 6.
