Around 3:20 p.m. Thursday, Paris police officers responded to the 1300 block of NW 18th regarding an arrest warrant.
“Officers made contact with 46-year-old, Geral Willingham, who was found to have an outstanding warrant for stalking,” said Paris police Lt. John Berry.
The warrant related to an incident on February 18th, 2018, where Willingham had allegedly been following and threatening the complainant.
Willingham was placed under arrest and booked into the Lamar County Jail and is being held on a $10,000 bond.
