Are you looking for work? Campbell’s Soup in Paris is hiring.
The local factory giant says they are hiring in Paris and across their network to meet the increased demands of their products.
Campbell’s CEO Mark Clouse also announced on Friday, that the below premium pay has been extended through June 14th.
“In recognition of the ongoing efforts and performance in the face of continued demand for our products, we are extending for an additional two weeks the premium payments to our front-line teams. These premium payments will be extended to approximately 11,000 front-line team members at our manufacturing plants, warehouses and distribution centers, along with in-store field-based sales employees,” said the company.
These benefits include:
A $2 per-hour premium payment for hourly employees and temp agency employees at all of the company’s production facilities and distribution centers; and
A $100 per-week premium payment for front-line supervisors, certain site staff and depot managers who are reporting to work as essential infrastructure workers. This incentive also includes employees who oversee the Company’s sales execution teams that are in stores and working with customers and independent distributors to ensure that store shelves are stocked.
“The company is extending these temporary benefits through May 13/14, 2020 (depending on one’s regular payroll workweek). At that point, we will reevaluate our approach to this temporary program as conditions across the country change and more state governments begin to lift restrictions,” said Clouse. “I want to thank our front-line teams for their sustained efforts during these unprecedented times.”
