You won’t have to travel far these days to stay in two of the best-rated hotels in the country.
Local hotel owner, Mihir Pankaj and his teams at Days Inn – Paris, TX and Hampton Inn – Paris, TX are celebrating receiving two major awards in the industry.
“Days Inn – Paris, TX won another Chairman’s Award for 2018,” said Pankaj. “This is a huge accomplishment that puts us in the top 5 of all Days Inns in the entire country.”
In fact, only 120 hotels received the ‘2018 Chairman’s Award’ out of 1541 Days Inn nationwide.
And if that news wasn’t exciting enough for Pankaj, Hampton Inn – Paris, TX also received another huge honor.
“Hampton Inn – Paris, TX, won the Circle of Excellence Award for 2018 which is given to the top 10% of hotels for product service and excellence.”
For the hotel, this award means a lot said Pankaj seeing as that they were closed due to renovations a little over a year ago.
Only 67 hotels received this honor out of 1312 Hampton Inn by Hilton hotels.
“There is a lot of pressure that is applied on a daily basis to perform to the standards that are expected by ownership, management, and self, but everyone on this team has worked so hard to reach these goals,” said Pankaj.
“Our team, at both hotels, is very deserving of these awards and on behalf of ownership, Greg Magan, Bharati Patel, and myself, we are very proud.”
