The Hopkins County Sheriff’s Office along with the Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association are investigating a theft of cattle that occurred on a ranch west of Sulphur Springs in Hopkins County.
It was reported that several heifers were taken from a ranch on I-30 this past weekend.
Authorities believe the cattle theft occurred sometime between the evening hours of Friday Aug 14, and Sunday Aug 16.
