Sgt. Mark Tackett with the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) has confirmed the victim in this morning’s fatal accident was 42-year-old Wayne Roth.
A Paris Police Officer was on his way to work around 6 a.m. when he came upon the accident and called it in.
No other information is available at this time.
